In his most recent role, working directly under me, he took on the leadership of a team of specialist designers. He rather quickly built trust with both the team he was leading and the stakeholders that surrounded him. He improved design quality, and questioned process, whilst also identifying the strategic direction that would be needed to fully propel the customer experience.
